About Mozilla Firefox (64-bit)

Popular 64-bit internet browser by Mozilla. (EN-US).

Note: 64-bit computers can still use the 32-bit Firefox. There are plugins that work in the 32-bit that do NOT work in the 64-bit browser.

Requires Windows 7 or later.

The Java plugin does not work with 64-bit Firefox.

If a 32-bit version of Firefox is running at time of installation a reboot may need to be performed before the new 64-bit Firefox can be used.

If a 32-bit version of Firefox is detected it will be uninstalled (per user installations will not be uninstalled).

Auto-updating will be disabled if Policies.js and mozilla.cfg do not already exist.

Mozilla Firefox (64-bit) was released on Apr 19th 2017
