Custom Inventory Reports

See the data that you want to see using Custom Reports. You do not need to have SQL ability to create reports. To create your custom report go to Report>New Report>Basic. You’ll see two tabs:

  • Columns are where you specify what information (Computer name, Application name, etc.) you want displayed in your report.
  • Filters are where you narrow down what data you want.

For example (as shown in the video tutorial below) if you wanted to create a report to see which older version of Firefox your computers had installed you might want your report to display columns with the Computer Name, Application Name, Application Version. Then in the filters you’ll specify you want only computers that have Mozilla Firefox installed on them and are of version lower than 31.1.
