Is there a minimum purchase for PDQ Connect?

Yes, there is a minimum purchase requirement for PDQ Connect. PDQ Connect starts at 100 devices per year. Additional devices may be added.

What’s included in the free PDQ Connect trial? Are there any limits?

You get 14 days of full access to PDQ Connect — no credit card needed. During the trial, you can:

  • Enroll unlimited devices

  • Add unlimited team members

  • Run unlimited deployments and custom packages

Everything’s available. No restrictions, no strings attached.

Do you offer any discounts for PDQ Connect?

Yes, we offer these discounts:

  • 10% off for nonprofits and schools

  • Current PDQ Deploy & Inventory customers

  • Flexible billing for MSPs

How am I charged when I add devices to PDQ Connect?

Your bill is based on your plan and the number of devices in your account. Add more devices at any time. Once a month, we'll automatically add your new devices to your plan, prorated for the remainder of your subscription period.

Yes. We offer flexible pricing and billing options for Managed Service Providers. Contact us to discuss your setup, and we’ll recommend a plan that fits.

How do subscriptions to PDQ Connect work?

Subscriptions to PDQ Connect are annual and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime by emailing connect-sales@pdq.com. Your plan will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle.
