When a new build of any type is installed and changes are made to your database, a backup database is created. If for any reason, a new version corrupts or loses some data in the database, the backup will be available to be restored. Restoring a database may require some assistance from our Solutions team depending on the nature of the issue. For assistance, contact [email protected]
It is possible to roll back to a prior version of either product. To do so, uninstall the most recent build first before installing the older version to ensure all files from the newest install are removed. However, please be aware your database will not be compatible with the previous build so an older backup of the database will be used. If you experience any issues rolling back, please contact [email protected] immediately for assistance.
