Are there any additional fees?
Nope. What you see here is what you’ll be charged (plus taxes, of course). There are no additional fees for storage, account setup, adding users, or technical support.
Is there a device minimum?
At this time, there are no device minimums.
How does my free trial work?
During your free trial, you can enroll unlimited devices and try all of Connect’s features for 14 days, no credit card required.

How am I charged when I add devices?
Your bill is based on the number of devices in your account. Add more devices at any time. Once a month we'll automatically add new devices to your plan, prorated for the remainder of your subscription period.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit card payments worldwide, as well as electronic ACH transfers.
How long is my subscription active for?
Your annual subscription is valid for one year from the time of purchase.
How does canceling or renewing my subscription work?
Your annual subscription will automatically renew. You may cancel your subscription in the billing portal at any time; after you cancel your subscription, your plan will expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
